How NOT to Hire an American: Seminars Teach Businesses How To Disqualify American Job Applicants

It appears that thousands of US companies are running fake newspaper ads across the country each week. The goal is not to hire an American so that these companies can secure green cards for the H-1b visa workers they want to bring here.
In this video, Lawrence M. Lebowitz, vice president of marketing for the immigration law firm Cohen & Grigsby, explains how the firm assists employers in running classified ads with the goal of not finding any qualified applicants.  Listen to Lebowitz explain the steps companies should go through to legally disqualify Americans in order to secure green cards for H-1b workers. It's disgusting!
The Programmer's Guild has a ton of great information on the lengths American companies are going to to avoid hiring US workers, including an additional link to the video above.
Guess these are the "jobs American won't do."

For more on this, tune in tonight at 9PM to the Tara Servatius Show on NewsTalk 1110 WBT.

This is a most distasteful video! I cannot believe someone can actually stand up in front of a group of Americans and proudly state that their "...goal is to make sure that they do not find a suitable US citizen applicant." What was it that Shakespeare said? "Kill all the lawyers?" If we do, let's start with this type.

Tara, great investigative work with the Cohen and Grigsby expose! This recent H1-B visa abuse is the second door being opened that welcomes the illegal acquisition of American professional and labor positions. This another front for which we citizens have now to confront.

Let us not forget that the jobs that citizens hold are now in jeopardy as well, as the American worker is getting paid LESS than 20 years ago in some areas, especially retail! More demands to foster the greed of Corporate America, while the front line is pushed to tackle the public and perform beyond reasonable expectations for the wage earned, and outsourcing is becoming the norm. The American worker is in big trouble from several venues of attack.... It's time for UNIONIZATION of more fields of employment to PROTECT the workers of America!
